Ordered an asada burrito, it was mostly all rice and a small amount of beans with meat mixed into the beans. Just not very good. There are other taco trucks with better pricing and food.

This place has THE best burritos around, no competition. His tacos and quesadillas are phenomenal too. Heck, everything on his menu is amazing that we've tried. Every time we travel to Boise we have to go here at least once if not more.

I got a cubed beef burrito, it came with beans, cubed beef, cheese and rice, it was absolutely delicious and I'm pretty picky. My friend got carnitas and asada tacos, he said its delicious as well, the hot sause is really hot and great flavor. I highly recommend trying this place, they have outside seating.

So the thing is I love this place! You can get a burrito, 2 tacos and a beer for like $11.. my only complaint (hence minus a star) is that there are chunks of fat in the Adobo and carne asada burritos.. this was only discovered when I heated them up the next day. Kind of gross but again.. amazing local little food truck. Will continue to return.
