Their regular and garlic sourdough are both outstanding; you'll never want to eat grocery store sourdough again. I get a few loaves every week from the farmer's market. If you ever get the chance, give their C.R.O.W bread a try as well, it's so unique and delicious and keeps really well. Honestly just buy whatever sounds good; I've never had a bad loaf of bread from them.
If I had a magic wand I would wave it and "poof" there would be a retail storefront for the fantabulous Acme bakery. That absence aside, there is not a single thing that would make this artisan bakery even more splendid than it is. Got to meet the friendly Acme Bakeshop folks at the Boise Farmers Market this morning. Their pretzels and the Golden Slipper loaf are both excellent. Can't wait to try more of their breads.
