Messed up on my order and refused to refund for the pizza they messed up which was almost $25!
Forgot my order and this was not the first OR second time… no I’m sorry or refund just yeah well we’re busy. After an hour. No communication. Do better. This is a common occurrence for many others either stop taking orders over the phone and online or figure out your system.
