Contrary to some of the other reviews on this place (which, of course, experiences can be, and often are, different for everyone), I've had absolutely zero negative issues with Pizza Factory in Grangeville.We order or dine-in probably once or twice a month, including roughly two weeks ago. I've yet to see the salad bar look bad, and their pizzas have always been on point for me. A group of us, 17 adults and children, went in on a Sunday evening. Pizza and service were both excellent! I inadvertently left my wallet & the staff went out of their way to find me! We live over an hour away, so I made arrangements with Edward (the manager) to have a friend pick it up for me. The friend was asked for ID when they picked it up. We both thought that was pretty awesome! Thanks Edward & staff for going above and beyond!
