If you want what is easily the best ice cream in Idaho City, you better stop at Sarsaparilla! Between the classic and funky flavors, and the homemade waffle cones, you're bound to have a peak ice cream experience
They have really good waffle cones and ice cream. We stopped here after a long drive from Stanley, ID. It was quite refreshing and nice to sit in the patio. Of course it would have been nicer if certain guests weren't so selfish in sharing the space!

Not sure how I’ve lived in Idaho my whole life and never stopped here while visiting Idaho City but we finally did yesterday and it was great! The place is adorable and very clean. The ice cream was delicious and the girl who was working yesterday with the awesome red nails (didn’t catch her name) was super nice! We will definitely be back!
