First off the kid working there didn't know the menu. I asked for a chicken cordon Bleu sandwich. He said no longer carrying it but I pointed out it was number 6. Lastly if it's a Franchise or a corporate thing. I HATE YOUR FRICKEN CURLY FRIES BRING BACK THE HOMESTYLE OPTION KAPESICH. I WILL DO THIS SURVEY EVERY DAY IF NEED BE!!!!!!
Went through the drive thru and ordered two double roast beef sandwiches, they confirmed this with us twice. We left, opened our food and only got one double and one classic. The bun on the double was completely dried out, luckily there was some Arby’s sauce to help with that, but there weren’t any napkins in the bag when we needed them. It’s going to be a long time before we try Arby’s again.
Went back after about 6 months since they sent me out the door with cold food. They sent me a " sorry we screwed up" card for my next meal so I thought I would use it today. Cashier was friendly took my order and when I handed her the "if it's on the menu it's on us" card she turns and asks the manager I assume. How to process the card. He says you do it in a meal. You have to separate it. Fine .. whatever So then he turns to me and says that will be 4.50 ... I ordered the $6.19...read full review
