If there was a way to leave no stars I would. I went in to get some ice cream. We saw on the menu there was “2 quarts for $14.99” and we got that. When we got to the register the girl gave us the total of $21.89. I tried to explain to her what we ordered and she didn’t even look up at me she just said it was $10 each. The girl that originally helped us should have said that what we thought we were getting would be more expensive. I was beyond upset at the customer service and the lack of knowledge the staff had. When I got home I called and was told they “don’t have a manager”. She told me that I am not the first customer that has complained about this issue. In other words I’m not the first person Baskin Robbin’s has screwed over. It’s beyond frustrating to have to do this but it is needing to be said. I will have a hard time going back after this. The most frustrating thing is we paid $21.00 and the quarts weren’t even full. They were only filled about 3/4 of the way. 10/10 don’t recommend

They NEVER have any seasonal ice cream favors when you go here to get ice cream. Case in point, everytime i go here they never have the German chocolate ice cream.
Delicious ice cream! Customer service on a Friday night was first class! I had several samples, and they were very patient and helpful!Waffle cone was a little soft but delicious. Great spot to get your ice cream fix.

The staff at this location was super friendly. They have a wide selection of ice cream, cakes , and smoothies. I had a mango smoothie. It was well priced and very tasty. I will be back.

Good portions sizes, but low quality ice cream. Support local, go to reeds and get better ice cream or cocoa-bean as well for better ice cream. Service was decent here, but seemed understaffed for the volume of people coming through and employees looked stressed.
