Every time my family and I visit Baskin-Robbins, it's a joyful experience. The staff are always warm, friendly, and welcoming. We especially love seeing the owner behind the counter helping customers. His dedication and work ethic are inspiring—I only hope I'm that active and involved when I reach his age!

They took the time to educate a geriatric newbie. These are knowledgeable, good people with a high quality product.
