My kids were tired of waiting so we had to get it to go. Was hopeful but my advice is to avoid if you are staying at the Holiday Inn.

The sriracha burger is probably my favorite burger of anywhere in town and I love that I can get sweet potato fries when I’m in the mood. That being said the service has gone significantly downhill since they first opened. We were in last week and there were 3 people working the front of house and there were maybe 10 tables total so not very busy. We were there almost 2 hours from being seated to getting our check. There were 6 of us and we each got one entree and a fountain drink. Nothing crazy. The servers ignored the phones so they just rang constantly and people were waiting at the doors to be seated for way too long. Food was great but service really puts a damper on the experience.

First time coming stood at the hostess stand for twenty minutes. No one helped us and as I was calling to see if I could get help from inside the restaurant a customer sitting at a table got up and said I probably don't want to eat here. So yeah twenty minutes of being stared at and ignored 10 out of 10 do not reccomend.

1st review ever, that’s how bad this place is. Extremely dirty, only three other families there. We waited to be seated for a looonnng time, and there was not an employee to be found, so we just walked to and sat down at a dirty table (they were either dirty, or had chairs on top) this was at 9 am mind you, they’ve been open for a while… and not busy …. That says a lot right there.A few employees made a quick appearance looked right at us and turned and walked away with no acknowledgement. Happened several times, so we just left and found a WWWWAAAAYYYYY better place to eat breakfast. Holiday inn should cut ties with this horrible place. Idaho falls location. Don’t even give it your time.

Waited 15 minutes to get seated. After that the wait for us to get drinks was 7 minutes then our appetizer came out in about 15 minutes. Our glasses were empty when the appetizer and we put them to the edge of the table so it's clearly visible but they never got refilled. Then we got our meals after we finished the fries (about 10 minutes). Our burgers were ok at first but they were overcooked and small for $20 a burger. Our server was no where to be seen and there were only 3 tables with guests at them. It's been about 20 minutes so far and we haven't gotten our check yet. At this rate I don't know if we'll be here till closing without any refills.

Even stoned I wouldn’t enjoy this. First the wait was 15-20mins to sit, normally that’s not bad but there was literally 6 other people besides us here. The service was slow and I didn’t even get my drink refilled that I finished before my meal got put. The burger (the farm fresh) tasted like a McDonalds burger but was 3x the price, the fries were sub par to start and got way worse as it cooled. By the time I’ve finished eating I’m still waiting for my check. Still no drink refill. I’m writing this while waiting. Save your money just go get McDonald’s. Only somewhat good thing was the atmosphere but even that sucked

The food is average, and the ambiance is fair, but some of the servers are just awful. It’s like they’ve never served before. And slow. Goodness. The service is so slow. I would never eat here unless I was staying at the hotel. And actually, if I ever stay here again and have to get on the road early, I’ll just grab breakfast somewhere else. I was there when they opened at 6:30am and didn’t get my food until 7:15am.

One of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. Food was mediocre, the waitress never came back and checked on us after bringing us our food and we ran out of drink pretty quick. The scan with your phone and pay option wasn't working and she never came to take our payment, my wife finally had to track her down. It took us forever to get a box to leave with our food. I made eye contact with her multiple times and motioned that we needed something but she never came.
