mediocre food, at best. management has run it to the ground. will not be back.
Our first time at Burger Theory and it was awful. We can deal with the slow service, but paying that much for food that is not good is irritating. My "medium well" burger was charcoal. My onion rings were so dark, hard and dry, they were inedible. My husbands French fries, on the other hand were barely cooked and completely limp. So disappointing. I'm all for giving people a chance to fix a problem, but when it's everything, not sure how to navigate a situation like that.😢
would not recommend. worst service I have experienced - charged us in a group tab even though we have different bills. charged a 18% tip and WOULD NOT TAKE OFF!! Couldn't give me the right credit card back! WILL NOT COME BACK! Poor food for what you pay. Do yourself a favor and go to Texas Roadhouse
