The sriracha burger is probably my favorite burger of anywhere in town and I love that I can get sweet potato fries when I’m in the mood. That being said the service has gone significantly downhill since they first opened. We were in last week and there were 3 people working the front of house and there were maybe 10 tables total so not very busy. We were there almost 2 hours from being seated to getting our check. Went for breakfast at 6:30am. Was warned at hotel checkin to go early as the service is quite slow. She was right. Only two other tables seated and our order took over an hour to arrive. Pancakes were cold and bacon over cooked, dry & cold. My husband walked out he was so mad. When I told our server she summoned the “manager” (Pedro) who argued with me that the breakfast wasn’t cold. Took several minutes to even get acknowledged, then a few more to get sat and it was not busy.The burger was OK, nothing special. Pre-forumed patties. Not very juicy. Ordered two of the same thing. One burger had two strips of bacon the other had 4. Nither had more than a drop of bbq sauce.
