Sat in line at the drive thru for over 25 minutes waiting on a western bacon cheeseburger meal. There were 2 cars ahead of me. I will not recommend nor will I return. Service is horrible

Made the stop on our way to Utah so the kids could play. Only stayed for a few minutes because it was SO disgusting. Sticky tables, holes in the floor, chewed up food inside the Playspace. I can’t believe they’ve let it get so bad in there. There was also no toilet paper in the bathrooms. Just some paper towels stuck on top of the holder. Food was all dry and harder and tasted like old grease. SO disappointed.

Went for lunch and spent 30 minutes in the drive through line. Pulled around and went inside and got a refund. They also included my food for the inconvenience, which had been sitting there for a while because it was cold.
Additionally the staff was rude to each other and blaming each other for the mistakes.

Ridiculous wait times. Ordered today at the drive through, with two cars in front of me. Waited in line for 25 minutes. Staff was friendly enough and food is decent, but their card reader wouldn't read the gift card I had. It was only $5, but it's still annoying. Ended up being late back to work.

Husband spends almost 100 dollars on food here take almost 20 mins noone in line and then get home missing frys and chicken tenders not to mention how many times they tell us there out off fry sauce when we go . Just expect slow service and missing food from ur order. Some people got food and others waiting not to mention my husband and my entire food cause he had to go back for my son's food. Can't eat without him that's rude. Just sucks 😕 try not to go to this place it is not worth it
