I was refused service at your location on Broadway in Idaho Falls on Wed Dec 3rd 2025, at approx 8:30-8:45 pm. Check your camera footage. I tried calling the store but as they heard a man's voice but saw a woman at the front counter, they must have been confused.

One of the nicest Carl’s Jr. locations in the area. The food was as expected, but the real highlight is the impressive indoor play set. It’s spacious, well-designed, and my kids absolutely loved it. We often return specifically for the play area and food is a plus. A great spot for families.

I typically like carls Jr guacamole burger but I got it today, and the burger itself was cold and the tomato looked like it was kept past the current hold times for the product itself, I know when I worked here we made sure to keep out product fresh and our burgers hot always room for improvement I learned that as a manager.

I come through here alot and get basically the same thing 2 grilled cheese breakfast sandwiches with sausage and i feel like someday the price changes and today it took like 10 minutes to get 2 sandwiches.

Sat in line at the drive thru for over 25 minutes waiting on a western bacon cheeseburger meal. There were 2 cars ahead of me. I will not recommend nor will I return. Service is horrible
