My wife and I were traveling trough Idaho falls, and stumbled upon this little gem of a restaurant. Mama Fla was the sweetest lady. She wined and dined us with authentic Italian food. I’m an Italian/ American that loves to cook. Her food was fresh and delicious. I would heavily recommend this place if you’re in the area. If you read this Mama Fla , thank you so much for your hospitality, and taking the time to talk, and take pictures with us.

Fla and her mother are absolutely wonderful people. Talking with them was like talking with my own family. Not only did they leave me with a long lasting impression, their food was absolutely to die for. You can't find anything that is comparable. I definitely recommend them and they have gained customers for life!
SERIOUSLY, if you haven't already, give Mama Fla a try!
Since they switch to a truck it's not good at all. Which is tragic considering the price. Microwaved to heat up made the alfredo separate and the risotto was super watery it was practically a soup. It's too expensive to be that poor of quality.
Probably not coming back. Sorry to see such an icon become this.
