We expected to wait a little bit because we came in an hour before closing, and they’re one of the few ice cream places open late, but we didn’t expect to wait in line for 15 minutes. The girls behind the counter took a long time to make the orders because they were distracted by their own conversations. Our ice cream was given to us with ice cream dripping all down the sides. The spoons we were given had dried ice cream spilled on them, as did the work stations behind the counter. At least the ice cream tasted good, but overall it was not a good experience.

It’s unfortunate because the ice cream is good. I order the same thing every week in everybody’s tub. However, it’s very inconsistent. You never know if you’re going to get a small or large amount of the ingredients. The service is almost always poor, and the kids running the place seem disinterested, which is quite obvious, except for one gal who has been there a long time and has always treated me well. My other complaint is about the loyalty discount. Despite spending a ton of money here, I somehow never get the five dollars off. It seems like every time they tell me I will get the five dollars off during my next visit, it never happens. When I ask them to check the points, I always come up short.

What’s the purpose of ordering online, showing up at the designated pickup time to be told they haven’t started your order yet, then have couples come in after and leave before your order is ready! Customer service blows at this location

Very unimpressed and disappointed. We waited 40 minutes for 2 ice cream cups. The staff was the worst part, very slow and lacked any sort of customer service. By the time someone finally helped us check out our ice cream was melted. We unfortunately have been very disappointed the last few times we have gone in with both the staff and experience.

The staff were irritated that customers happened to be there, and they were vocal about it. I purchased an almost $16 container of ice cream that was barely 3/4 full. The girl preparing the order didn't want to put all the ingredients in the ice cream because "it's hard to get out of the jar".

Very immature staff. I went dare to get a shake for my son. When I got to the register I wasn't sure if I had enough points for $5 off or not I asked the lady and she said "if it doesn't take it off automatically then you don't." (in a very snooty tone of voice). She went on to say it takes a hundred points. I corrected her and told her it only takes 50. She looked at me rolled her eyes and said "well I guess it takes 50 then..whatever" the entire time she had just a snooty I'm so over this attitude and tone of voice. When they gave me the Shake I asked if they could put whipped cream on it. As she turned around to do so her co-worker came up and they started gossiping about me very quietly to each other one turned around glanced at me turned ack around and then started laughing. We go there often and I've never had a problem with any of their staff except for today. They need to replace that little brat with someone who actually likes their job an can provide good customer service at all times regardless if they're tired from scooping ice cream all day..... okay that's the end of my rant.

Ice cream is so good!Cleanliness is so poor due to lack of training (majority of all hired employees are teenage girls- who need training as it's their first job).No management is the main cause of poor customer service. It's run from a far by owner. I highly discourage young girls working for the owner of Ammon, Rexburg, and Pocatello. He screams and insults them. They are disrespectful employers.Only one employee working during the day shift - a terrible time to go. Quality of service will go down closer to closing time - within 30 minutes.Again, the ice cream is great! If you don't care about cleanliness and supporting an owner with poor ethical standards
