Cold Stone is a family favorite. I was visiting family in Idaho and we went for ice cream after dinner. This location had plenty of sitting room inside for all of us to enjoy some quality time talking with ice cream to enjoy together. I tried the Mega Despicamallow special that they have going for Despicable Me 4 right now. It had a Lucky Charm Marshmallow taste to me, I recommend it. The staff wear kind and helpful when wanting to sample flavors and sharing their opinions.

I don’t know why Cold Stone management would only have a single employee on the 4th of July, or any day during the summer. Management there lacks insight on workload and scheduling. The young lady (Brittni) working today was professional and quick.

To management of the Ammon Cold Stone, plan better, have at least two employees there, give praise to Brittni who was there today (July 4, 2024), by herself dealing with issues you as management should be there...

i ordered icecream on doordash around 9 pm because i was craving icecream, but i live about 20 minutes away and did not want to drive. i ordered cake batter (yellowish white) with one single brownie. tell me why, when i got my order, i thought they used chocolate icecream instead of cake batter. they beat the brownie into the white ice cream so hard that there was NO white pieces and i had NO chunks of brownie, only tiny fragments. idk who was working on july 2nd around 9 pm,...
