The Hot Ones Spicy Dill Hook & Ladder is SO GOOD! I added extra of the hot pickles with black olives and pepperonis to the sandwich and it was perfect! The gal that made it was kind and professional as well, so overall our experience was great!
It was ok they forgot half our order. Didn't yell it out so it sat up at the counter for a bit. And then we had to ask for the rest. Thy said they would bring it out but then didn't.
Only complaint I have is when they have sales ... Not enough staff. Order my food at 7pm (online order to pick up during my lunch break) and it is not ready until 8pm or more. ) it was during the 50% off after 6. That is a bit ridiculous. Also made me late getting back to work considering they said it would be done at like 720, I showed up at 745.
