A southern gem in the middle of rural Idaho. We had the pleasure of eating here today with a large group and everything was good. The gumbo, red beans and rice, potato salad, vinaigrette coleslaw and brisket deserve their own mention for being exceptionally good. We also sampled the buttermilk pie, sweet potato pie, chocolate cobbler and peach cobbler. I’ll be dreaming about the buttermilk pie until I can eat it again. But even better than the food we’re grandma and grandpa...

Don't go if you do not have the time. But if you do, this is some of the best barbecue ever!
It's homemade cooking at its core. Grandpa and Grandma cooking all the family recipes.

Needs a little more inviting decor, but the service and food was great. I would do away with the spaghetti as a side dish though as it doesn't really go well with BBQ. Add about $3.00 to the online menu prices as they are out of date. Would go here again.
