Went through the drive through yesterday. The service we received is the issue, as it was super slow and we did not receive 3/4 of exactly what we ordered. Two of the three smoothies were the wrong flavor and the hot cocoa was replaced with a cheesecake (based on the caramel flavor we wanted in the coca?)

I would have given 5 stars but didn't because my bartista would not accept a tip from me. That is messed up to not allow your employees to be shown gratitude by customers. I hope you make it up to the entire crew who worked this morning and not just the one who I saw at the window. The employee who helped me was Grace.

My husband and I love the food at Kneaders. The staff are always friendly. Tonight we arrived at 8:30 for a late dinner. Upon arrival at 8:30 we noticed all the chairs were already on the tables for cleaning. We verified the 10:00 pm closing time as it appeared they were already closed. We ordered and found a booth to sit in. We were about halfway done eating when a girl started sweeping the floor near us. We took our food and moved to another booth. Before we could finish and...
