La Michoacana - Ice Cream Palace

Loved the place and was amazing, I’m sorry about my grandma and I as she doesn’t speak Spanish and I don’t speak much but the food and people were SUPER nice

Great ice cream place!! Their paletas are delicious, especially the Ferrero Rocher one! The place is really clean and there is plenty of seating inside. The staff is super friendly and mostly speak Spanish, so it's a great place to practice Spanish!! I definitely recommend it!

The ice cream is good, but over priced. Neither one of the two employees that were there for our visit spoke English which made our whole experience difficult to navigate.

The general discomfort of the whole experience is definitely not worth the end product so we probably won't be back.

Stopped by La Michoacana and tried the mangonada and the tostilocos, both were delicious! The mangonada had the perfect balance of sweet, tangy flavors, and the tostilocos were loaded with fresh ingredients and great flavor. Everything tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly. I'll definitely be coming back to try more items from the menu!

My little family nd I are new here in Idaho. We come from California and seen this spot just opened up. Once we walked in we felt a very bad vibe, they dont even welcome you. They just stare at you bad. They don’t let you order peacefully they try rushing you. And I don’t know the lady’s name but it’s a young short black hair girl with a VERY VERY BAD Attitude!!. I rlly don’t want to ever come back again if this attitude keeps up. It’s Avery nice place for a girl to not attend customs the right way. I’m not putting a bad review for them to close but for them to pls have more patience and better customer service. And I asked for a specific order and they put wayyy too much sour cream that’s all I can taste it hurt my stomach really bad.

Clean, super friendly, delicious ice cream and great nachos. Will come back and highly recommend to my friends ❤

Always loved this place since we moved out here, it's a bit different from other state but the price is right and cheaper than others. The lady is always so sweet and nice. It does get packed on weekends though so go early if you don't want to wait long.

Wow. I didn't know hot Cheetos were the thing to put on your ice cream! Awesome atmosphere!

I LOVE this place! Such good food! I crave it all the time. and the staff are some of the nicest people I've ever met!
