bad attitude. actually heard them talk about "i wanna ise"
According to manager, Cody Nelson, they don't train them their managers how to help people with app problems or customer service, so why would anyone want to go there. I had a simple problem that could be fixed easily and I, the customer left without what originally ordered because I wanted a free fry that was the deal, but the app charged me for it.
