I loved the taste of the Grizzly Burger. Food was fresh and burgers were cooked perfectly. Fries were nice and crispy.

Felt like BBQ today while visiting Idaho Falls. Tried Pitmaster. Food was amazing! Prices not bad for what we got. Very generous portions. My only complaint is the bathroom floors were very sticky. Also, we went later in the afternoon so after lunch rush. There were several tables that needed wiped down, and stacks of dirty dishes on top of garbage. 2 girls working. They were just standing around visiting in the back. Friendly though when I asked for ketchup for the fry's, and I also asked what the side sauce was in small cup they served with the meal. It was mayo and BBQ sauce. It was SO good for the fry's! So over all-I'd go back but employees should be on top of the cleaning instead of visiting in the back.

We just picked up our first order. The burgers were way over cooked to the point we couldn’t eat it and gave to the dogs. I ordered extra order of cole slaw and didn’t receive it although I paid for it. I requested plasticware and didn’t get it. The beans were good. Won’t order there again.

This is a quality barbecue joint that offers all the standards: ribs, pulled pork, brisket, and chicken.They also serve up breakfast burritos during the week, with the regular offerings of bacon or sausage, but also a brisket option.Their menu is rounded out with the typical side dishes, a variety of burgers, creative sandwiches, and idaho Nachos (think fries).They have been highly consistent with the quality of their food.

Ordered chicken and brisket. I get it, chicken breast dries out but this was overly dry. Flavor was good but overall disappointing. If they’d do a combo of breast and thigh it would be better. The brisket was good but wish it wasn’t chopped up. Not my favorite bbq. Haven’t tried them all in town but so far prefer Blackhawk to Pitmaster.

I ordered a pound of brisket. I don't like BBQ sauce. They added it. Everywhere else I go and order it you don't have to say minus the BBQ sauce. I will know next time. However I think the brisket was very good. The Mac and Cheese was definitely smoke flavored. I also don't like smoke flavored. However it was not creamy it was more powdery like they used a powdered sauce or something.I can't wait to go back and try more things.

Meat was very good. Onion rings were greasy (others have noted this - they need to let them hang in the basket for 30 seconds after cooking). Cornbread was a bit stale. It would be good to offer a choice (maybe garlic bread) as there was too much sweetness on the plate. Having lived just outside of St. Louis for six years, I can tell you that the BBQ is legit.

Decided to try something new and I've always wanted to go here. I'm sad it took me this long to try it out. Now that I have I can honestly say that I've never had BBQ like this. I plan on going here as much as I can. Would like to try everything on the menu. Staff and cleanliness was spot on! Overall great place, would recommend to anyone.

Went here because the other bbq place in town was low on the brisket we wanted. This is not as advertised on website. The portions are very small for what you are paying and the Mac and cheese was the absolute worst thing, We just threw it away after one taste. Onion rings we only got 8 onion rings in a giant styrofoam container that are soggy and bland (most likely frozen from a bag) Definitely not traditional bbq you would see. The meat was the only thing that was good. Need to work on portions and their sides.

I have been here twice and this place is very very good. The two meat combo with pulled pork and shredded chicken is amazing. Also they have cornbread that is giant and good. The barbecue sauces are amazing. And the people working there are very nice and get the food out as fast as they can even if it is busy.
