This is a quality barbecue joint that offers all the standards: ribs, pulled pork, brisket, and chicken.They also serve up breakfast burritos during the week, with the regular offerings of bacon or sausage, but also a brisket option.Their menu is rounded out with the typical side dishes, a variety of burgers, creative sandwiches, and idaho Nachos (think fries).They have been highly consistent with the quality of their food.
Ordered chicken and brisket. I get it, chicken breast dries out but this was overly dry. Flavor was good but overall disappointing. If they’d do a combo of breast and thigh it would be better. The brisket was good but wish it wasn’t chopped up. Not my favorite bbq. Haven’t tried them all in town but so far prefer Blackhawk to Pitmaster.

Felt like BBQ today while visiting Idaho Falls. Tried Pitmaster. Food was amazing! Prices not bad for what we got. Very generous portions. My only complaint is the bathroom floors were very sticky. Also, we went later in the afternoon so after lunch rush. There were several tables that needed wiped down, and stacks of dirty dishes on top of garbage. 2 girls working.
