Yesterday got the email to try the NEW Steakhouse Burger this week. Not on menu til next week. My Red Robin in Idaho Falls told me I was the 1st to try. This burger is HUGE. Loaded with sauteed mushrooms, onion straws, bacon, steak sauce, cheese & thinly sliced jalapenos. It was sooo juicy. Definately a 2 napkin burger. Love my Bonzai burger, but this is now right at the top with it.
All the food seemed over salted...both burgers and fries. The curly battered cheese sticks was over also over salted...the marinara helped to tame some of the salt.
Wait times can be quite extensive punctuality of the staff is well the speediness of the service isn't always up to the standard I think it should be especially for mediocre food. Prices are a little bit high to considering the quality of the food the service of the employees and the time spent waiting I think you can get just as good service from probably a Chili's or Applebee's
