The service was great,but when we got home all our cookies were not edible. The cookies were not cooked. Very disappointing!!!

Discrimination at its finest!!! I am so upset right now ! I went to order a dozen cookies and she clearly had a dozen cookies and would not sell them to me !!! Can you say discrimination???? I never been so embarrassed or discriminated so much in a very LONG time ! I hope you don't treat every customer like that !!!!

BETTER THAN CRUMBL! We used to live in Idaho for a few years and after trying all the different cookie places this is hands down our favorite. Delicious, affordable, and the staff is so nice and friendly. We were visiting from out of town and knew we had to make a stop here. The lady who helped us was so nice! Do yourself a favor and try the s’mores cookie.

Very disappointed! They looked closed and we had to call to see that they were even open. Walked in and there is no display and the kid that was in there was on his phone in the back. Was irritated that we walked in. And then they were out of all but two cookies. Sad that all he has to do is put the cookie dough on a backing sheet and he couldn’t be bothered to do that.

Not only was the snickerdoodle cookie delicious, but Kimber was welcoming, knowledgeable, and told me she makes sure that all cookies are kept in stock until the last hour. (The other branch was out of three cookies and unapologetic.) Even though I came right before they closed, Kimber was welcoming and pleasant. And once again, the cookie was DELICIOUS. Thanks!

Best chocolate chip cookie in the area! I’ve been to many gourmet cookies places in Southeast Idaho and Northern Utah and while the Cookie Place is comparable to many of them with their variety of cookies, no place I’ve been to has nearly as good of a chocolate chip cookie as The Cookie Place! Love these cookies. They are obviously great fresh, but they are still good the next day. Good soft center, everything you’d expect from a tasty chocolate chip cookie, but large and gourmet.
The cookies were delicious and the staff was absolutely friendly. We will be going again soon!

Super awesome cookie shop!! There’s two really great cookie shops here in IF; The Cookie Place and Crumbl Cookies. After having both, I really can’t say which is better but Kimber at The Cookie Place gave excellent service and allowed me to take some nice pics of the store! Really great quality cookies and will definitely be coming back here in the future. The only suggestion I have though, is I wish they’d add maybe a little table and two chairs or something in the front and, at least, a little trash can in the front somewhere just for convenience! :)
