We went through the drive through and my son got chicken nuggets kids meal with BBQ sauce, my husband got his meal, and I just got 4 pc chicken nuggets. I don't usually get sauce with my nuggets but today I was feeling some honey mustard. My husband didn't hear me say honey mustard and told them no sauce for the nuggets. I told him I wanted honey mustard, so he asked for honey mustard at the window THEY CHARGED HIM for the honey mustard that should have come with the nuggets in the first place. Granted it was only 50 cents, but to charge for something that should come standard with the order is absolutely ridiculous. The nuggets were soggy too. Do better Wendy's.

I come here multiple times per week because it's close to where I work. I'm going somewhere else now because I think it's dumb that I have to pay for a single sauce for items that I like to eat that don't normally come with sauce (french fries!!!).

Went here around 9 at night with a friend, we were ordering through the drive thru and my friend was trying to order what she wanted. I would like to make it known that my friend has a very hard time saying certain words and letters and so she was asking me how to say something and she was going a bit slow. The person taking our order, who happened to be the manager, said that we shouldn’t be rude. She proceeded to repeat what we said to her in the same speed my friend did. She then told us to not be rude. She obviously didn’t understand my friend struggles with speech but she still shouldn’t have assumed anything. We genuinely were just hungry and we weren’t trying to be rude. They also forgot my friend’s fries which made her more upset. Overall not a good experience.
I put an order in to be delivered. And I only got half of my order. I didn't even get the kids drinks, and then they wouldn't even answer the phone when I called.This is the third time it has happened to us. I'm kinda disappointed..

I took out my family out yesterday (Sunday) to get a quick burger. We were pulled around because fries were still being made. Got home and all of our food must have been very old.. kids couldn’t eat their chicken nuggets because they were so dry, my chicken sandwich was so old that it was stringy.. fries were about the only thing that were fresh.. BUT next morning all of us “woke up” with food poisoning.. mind you I have been up all night sicker then a dog.. both my kids, me and my husband all have been sick.. I won’t be coming back to this location again..

Even being swamped on a Friday night, the staff were all kind and friendly. The Wednesday meal was delicious, I didn’t catch the name of the young lady working the front when I went to pick up my mobile order, but she was amazing!

I'm kind of hmm, digging the junior cheeseburger when I was in high school. I would get four j b c's for 5 dollars and it was awesome. So I get the baconator fry And the junior burger or two, and then I put the bacon off the bacon eater fries on the junior and up.Here's a wendy's hack for you.you have a junior bacon cheeseburger. You're welcome and all under ten dollars.
