Morenita's just left your establishment about ten minutes ago due to poor customer service. I was in line to order when I witnessed the cashier yelling at and talking down to elderly kitchen staff who clearly had trouble hearing him. It was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. He then slammed a customer’s drink cup down on the counter and had an all-around bad attitude. There's no absolutely no excuse for treating people—coworkers or customers—this way.
Stayed the night in Idaho Falls and decided a Mexican dinner would be good. Decided on Morenitas as it had very high ratings. Arrived at the restaurant, ordered our food at the counter and paid. Found a table and took a seat. The restaurant was very cold and we had to wear our coats to stay comfortable.
