“We had this wonderful business cater our wedding this year and oh my goodness!!! It was DELICIOUS! I also had them previously at the drive in where they catered during covid times and it was delicious then too! These guys are so kind and nice and absolutely worth trying!!“

“Family owned and operated. Great food, good laughs and a satisfying feeling of having eaten the best cárnitas in the west. Their food is ? from Michoacan, and although there are many other good alternatives in Idaho Falls, these guys have 30 years consistently making delicious food daily. Top favorite are the weekend Menudo and Carnitas, mulitas, tacos, and don't forget the flan!
The downside, the line to order, usually wraps around the building an 1hr before opening, the space is small and eat-in is very limited.“

“Holy, WOW! I’ve been craving some good taco truck food (my regular truck was gone and I’m super picky!) googled and saw this truck & this place does NOT disappoint. My hubby & I got the spicy pork tacos, green chicken enchiladas, & pollo a la crema! The smell when we got them was the first hint of how amazing they are! I saw them preparing the food and they were super busy/but still very clean, & still only had maybe a 4-5minute wait! The spice is perfect! The salsas are amazing! Again, I love my Mexican food! So if you’re looking for a great food truck that you can even eat INSIDE on a cold day, try this place! You won’t be disappointed! Super nice staff! Definitely will be making this a regular stop! 👏🏼“

“They have the best empanadas known to man, they are so light and airy and full of gooey cheese and meat, I 100% recommend this to everybody, oh and The agua frescas are so fresh and tasty, and I think everybody should try the Dubai chocolate strawberry dessert thingies, they are so rich and smooth. “You’ll find us at Cafe Sabor every single Thursday for their burrito special (yes it’s that good). The food is always amazing and the chips & salsa deserve ALL the hype.
But what really sets Cafe Sabor apart is the people. Every time we walk through the door, we’re greeted with smiles from what feels like the entire staff. They don’t just take your order. They remember you, ask how you’re doing, and stop to chat. All my besties in one place… how lucky am I??
It’s rare to find a restaurant where the service is just as memorable as the food, but Cafe Sabor has mastered both so A++. Someone give the manager, Mando a trophy or something please and thank you.

“me and my daughter come here once a week for the garcia fries 🧡 it's our favorite thing to do together! we came last night and it was the best batch to date! I'm eating them left over, right now at 7 am, and they're still an absolute 10/10! I'm obsessed. the birria pizza also helps keeps me sane 😍“

“Overall the Union Market is a great place buy familiar latino products, find a variety of meats and even eat some good food. However, it does need some work in the restaurant/food court area, cleanliness, and organizations. Perhaps, an upgrade is due.“

“Its an old favorite of my mom's. She loves the crisp meat burritos (a unique creation to Taco Time) and their soft tacos are so big, you only really need one because they are almost the size of a burrito! I always get the chicken quesedillas. Can't go wrong with a classic like that. Their sauce is better than taco bell, in my opinion. I've been coming here for years, they always get our orders right. You are definitely getting your money's worth with their portion sizes and it's yummy. What's not to like?!“

“If I’m being honest, the first time I ate here was absolutely terrifying!! I’ve never been yelled at or watched a manager yell at paying customers like that.
That being said, I have heard that this place has great food and a nostalgic 90’s vibe so I decided to give it one more try and I am so glad that I did! The service was quick and the food was pretty good.
They redeemed themselves and I’ll for sure be back next time I’m in town.“

“It has been 2 years since I've been to this location I was going to at first drive across town but decided to give it a try. The kid that was working in the Drive-Thru today has some of the best customer service I've ever seen. Was super super friendly. Took care of me and got me my sauces. Didn't skip a beat“

“Haven't went here in a long time, decided to give it another try. Definitely didn't disappoint at all. I ordered a large family nachos and fiesta tatertots. Ann was fast and had great customer service. The food was delicious and inexpensive!! Thank you Ann!! We will definitely be coming back!!“

“Comfy spot to grab a quick lunch!! The food is very hot and fresh. The tamales aren’t just some tamales, they are BIG and taste GREAT. The workers there are such kind people we went in with our baby and they accommodated us and gave him a free bowl of rice. It’s great to have a spot like this in our community.“
