It's a butcher shop with a restaurant in the back . I was there for lunch, and it was pretty busy but got our food to go quickly, and all I can say is, wow, those tacos were probably the best I've had in idaho falls. Will go back again and will highly recommend ..
The best Mexican in Idaho Falls. Possibly the whole state. Amazing Menudo, carnitas, tacos and everything else. The attention to detail and focus on quality and service sets this place apart from anywhere else you could go. It gets packed so plan ahead. The best tortillas I've ever had and I've been eating them my whole life and make my own.

I'm a big fan of Garcia's Cocina. The tacos are really great. The woman that helped me order spoke perfect English, and was very helpful. There's lots of seating and the restaurant is clean. This is real Mexican food, and it's delicious. Don't be scared; the front is a market with traditional mexican ingredients. Walk to the back like you own the place and you'll find the restaurant. Go check it out!
