I have ordered from Farr's twice. The first time took over a month for delivery, and yes, no response to phone calls or emails. I ordered a second time, shipment was quicker, but I ordered more and shipping cost doubled my purchase cost!!! With that being said....I take into consideration each chocolate is hand dipped and am sure they run out and it takes time to make more.. Not sure if anyone on here has toured a hand dipping confectioner candy maker, but a lot of time goes...read full review
Just received a sampler box and everything was so delicious, so far..love the black walnut bar, so creamy..was a huge hit in the office..Definitely will be ordering again
