We rented the Clark room for our wedding and it turned out beautiful! The facility was clean and well kept. DJ, the manager, was super friendly and easy to work with! Tables and table cloths were provided WITH the cost of the rental. Super affordable. My husband and I thought we were going to have to spend upwards of $1700 for our venue... before we found Westbank. Spoiler we didn't have to pay that much. They have several rooms to choose from for any of your event needs. Plus affordable speakers, microphones, and TVs to rent! If I ever have to host a large event again, I will definitely look to Westbank first!

During our search for the perfect venue for our financial company’s event this week, The Westbank Convention Center in Idaho Falls quickly rose to the top. From the very beginning, DJ reached out and was consistently accessible, attentive, and accommodating—helping us navigate what can often be an overwhelming process of fine-tuning event details.

When we toured multiple venues, the choice became crystal clear the moment I walked into The Westbank. The facility was spotless, modern, and beautiful, and the flexibility of room options, fair pricing, included extras, and professional on-site staff made us feel confident in our decision.

What really set this venue apart, however, was DJ himself. His expertise, professionalism, and above-and-beyond service not only met our needs but anticipated what we wanted. Even last-minute requests were handled immediately, with fair and reasonable costs. Thanks to his support, the usual stress of event planning was replaced with genuine excitement and gratitude.

We also want to highlight John, our on-site event support, who was equally responsive, professional, and helpful throughout.

In short: The Westbank Convention Center exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re planning an event in the Idaho Falls area, I cannot recommend both the venue and the team—especially DJ—highly enough. Thank you for helping make our event such a success!

DJ and the staff at the convention center were absolutely fantastic to work with. The center is beautifully kept, and very clean! We had some last minute changes and they were so accommodating. If I need another space, this will be the top of my list!

Shelley High School Class of "95" had their thirty year reunion at the West Bank Event Center with 120 in attendance. DJ Combe the Director of Operations and his staff at the West Bank Convention Center provided exceptional professionalism during our event, going above and beyond to ensure its success. They are not only easy to collaborate with but also offer the most budget-friendly scenic venue in southern Idaho. As we checked out most of the local event centers. Very nice

Very friendly and warm staff. This venue is great for weddings and meetings. I photographed a wedding here and it was great. The lighting was good and the sound was wonderful. The decor was wonderful too. I also attend weekly meetings here and they provide all the sound instruments.

Attended a surprise party here. Nice space with access to all the amenities needed plus a lovely fireplace

This place and there management skills are somewhat in the lacking of departments I called in and requested a price quote and then I was quoted a pretty high prize I had two other friends call in and get a quote and all three of us were given different quotes on the same exact room when I talked to the so-called manager about it he blocked me on Facebook and told me that he could no longer visit with me because he was in the process of having a child or something to that extent unbelievable honestly
