the service is terrible. I've gone a few times trying to give them a chance but I have nothing good to say about this restaurant.
I have stopped in to the Dairy Queen in Jerome 3 times in the last week. Got only 3 chicken strips and the order was for 6. First time. Second time cheese burger was cold. Third time the chocolate ice cream was all grainy and tasted awful. One of the blizzards was not whipped all the way . I think the owner needs to teach them how things are done .
Jerome Dairy Queen has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Every time I try to go there it’s something. We ordered 4 blizzards and 2 drinks. The lady starts handing them out
Me: I’m sorry, could we get a cup holder please
Her: rolls eye “ for all 6?”
Me: yes please
Her: slams window
Finally when our food was ready she passed it all out and slammed the window again, didn’t say a word..
