Subway sandwiches are great, however the customer service was terrible. Immediately the ladies at the counter told us they wouldn’t serve us and they were angry at us the whole time they made our sandwiches.
We had an e-gift card from a fundraiser we won. We tried to use it, and the supervisor said that because it was purchased online that we could only use it if we ordered our meal online. I've never heard of anything so ridiculous. We had a coupon that a worker at another subway gave us, and said that we could use it over and over until it expired, that we just had to show the coupon and they would give it back to us. I ordered a footlong steak and cheese and it was so dry the only honey mustard that was on the sandwich was at the end of the bread and no oil and vinegar on it. I threw half of it away because it was way to dry. I then ordered 3 cookies and ended up with 3 footlong brownie things that I guess are new on the menu which are also disgusting. However, some staff members, like one particularly friendly employee, go above and beyond to ensure customers get exactly what they want. Orders are prepared accurately, even with special instructions, such as cutting sandwiches into three pieces. Overall, this Subway offers a great experience with friendly staff and reliable food quality.
