“Very merely the beginning of spring 2024, and the Sun kind of peeked through the day after the full solar eclipse, (which we weren't privy to up here), a very affordable combo menu, including two sides and a drink, not bad for a food trailer. But then comes the meal... Outstandingly tender brisket and pulled pork sandwich, bread soft as heaven. Garren is a no-nonsense vet, and gets er dun! Along with Nancy in the front house (of a trailer), these two are a well-balanced mom and pop. As stated in other reviews, signature Huckleberry lemonade, and pepper jack mac and cheese, a very balanced meal! Probably the best aspect of the business is that they don't try to move that trailer to gain business, full confidence in location location location. A great catering option in the area, take advantage!“
