Listen to the reviews, food was not good at all. Bacon on the chicken sandwich was overcooked and dry. Flatbread was undercooked. Half the basket of cheese curds had no cheese in them. Kids did like the fries, but that's it. Very expensive for what you get. Resort restaurant so they can get away with bad food, as most people are only eating there once. We have come to accept that when the food is awesome our habit is always going to be getting a photo after we have started digging in. Noah's Canteen at the Silver Mountain Resort in Kellogg, Idaho is no exception. The great looking food met the flavorful expectation. Kat's welcoming and terrific service made the whole experience complete. We'll be back!

This was a great experience with fabulous service and honest delicious and flavourful food. We were a table of 11. Our waiter Michael was attentive and accommodating as well as making great suggestions. The avocado fries with wasabi cucumber mayo are a must try !!
