I love that the flour is grown locally and there are only a few ingredients, which is how all breads should be! For someone with food allergies, I was thrilled to find breads I can eat safely; when I realized they were insanely delicious as well, I stopped buying all other bread! If you ever expand a cafe in Boise, I will be there every week!“
