Kayla was such a great server, and when I couldn't decide between 2 appetizers, she offered to ask Lynnie if she could combine them and she did!!! “Had an online order and went in to pick it up. A young lady behind the counter was helping out a customer that could only communicate in Spanish. No big deal then a nice guy with a name tag that said Baylie walks out from the back and asks if I’ve been helped yet. He had gloves so I think he had been cooking because they were fairly busy. As he’s looking up my order the other employee helping the other customer proceeds to start being quite rude to him over the fact that the customer decided they didn’t want one of their pizzas and basically accusing him of something wrong and being pretty rude about it. Then he tries to help me out again and another female employee comes out of the back and is extremely rude to him in front of the entire restaurant. Dude named Baylie was solid and I felt bad for him. Even with that it was better customer service from him than I’ve ever received prior.“

I use to dread the gal that ran the window so I opted for another quick dinner but the crew running this now in July 2022 are what I expect the young professionals to be. “Today, my family, a few friends, and their dog enjoyed lunch at Lucy’s after spending the morning at the farmers market. We sat outside on a beautiful day and were lucky to be served by Ryan. He was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He got our order exactly right, and the food came out in a timely manner. Ryan went above and beyond by keeping our drinks full and even bringing out a bowl of water for the dog without us asking. That small gesture really stood out. The food was absolutely incredible—some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The BBQ chicken calzone was my personal favorite. Between the top-notch service and amazing food, we will definitely be back. Great food and great service can be hard to come by, but we found both today at Lucy’s. Thanks again, Ryan!“

“We love papa's fresh pizzas! They also have a rewards program that is pretty awesome. We have our pizzas delivered for family night hot and ready . They often have deals and cupons and for our large family that means alot to us 💜 I wish they would improve on their wings is about my only gripe they aren't very good and I absolutely love wings . However the Shaq pizza is absolutely delicious my family can not get enough of it 😋“
