We were sat down within 10 minutes but it took over 45 minutes to get our food! People who were sat down after us got their food before us. The excuse given was that waffles take a long time to make. My son’s waffle came out after everyone else’s food was finally served. The waffles were crispy on one side and soggy on the other side. The eggs weren’t over medium. Poor service all around. The coffee was subpar, the food almost cold, and the employees just plain rude.
From the very beginning the employees were rude. The girl at the register was barely listening, I had to repeat myself more than a couple times. I don’t recommend this cafe, the young ladies up from where very rude. Ignored us for several min after we walked in. Once they spoke to us, they said since we were sitting outside with our dogs, that we would have to come in and order because “We won’t come outside to take your order” then shoved menus at us.
