Anniversary dinner, new York strip was awesome. Can't beat sitting on the patio with the Payette Lake as your view. It has been our yearly place to celebrate for most of our 25 years.

Obviously one of the nicer places to dine in McCall, by a lot. We dined in the hotel steak house a few days ago and it was amazing. Completely different experience at Cutwater. The hostess/ gal that sat us was super unpleasant - seemed bothered with dealing with guests in general. Our server was attentive at first, but seemed to get overwhelmed with the dinner rush. We went ignored for 30+ min. My husband's halibut was completely dry and by the time we could get someone to...

The food was good. Temperature could have been hotter. Waiter was terrible. We sat for over 10 minutes and finally went up to the checkin desk and requested our waiter to show up..The atmosphere is bright and cheerful. Large fish tank with tropical fish is always attractive. We have eaten at this restauant many times over the last 18 years and have always found the food and service as being very good. This honestly is the first time that we have been disappointed.
