Really great place to sit at the bar have some cocktails and dinner. So many things to look at. Bartenders are friendly and the locals are so much fun to talk to. They have a huge menu with anything you’d like. Huge cocktail selection and the list of great things here go on and on!
So, when it comes to the Reuben sandwich, I'm an amateur connoisseur. The three things restaurants often get wrong (sometimes all at once!) is 1-soggy bread from 'kraut juice (usually the bottom piece of bread), 2-over toasted/grilled, crouton-like bread that leaves the roof of my mouth shredded and raw for the rest of the day, and 3-weak, thin sliced corned beef. Lardo did not have soggy bread. Not sure if they drain the 'kraut or what, but the marble rye texture was just right...read full review

The food was good, the place wasn't very busy but it took a while to be seated, waited about 10 minutes. There were 6 of us, and they crammed us at a corner table instead of a table of the same size in the open. We had a 1 year old with us, and we didn't get offered a high chair. A woman came in and saw people she knew and screamed very loudly 3 times, very distracting when you're trying to talk and be with family.
