Pleasantly surprised and impressed by the quality of the food here. Considering that this place is in the mountains of Idaho, it shouldn’t be this good.

What a beautiful setting. Be sure and sit on the patio. Happy hour on drinks and sake until 6:00. We ordered the sushi for two. What a deal! Includes edamame, miso soup, two rolls (1 we chose and the other was chefs choice,) and 4 pieces of nigiri sushi. Only $42.
Rolls were good, Staff was great, view was amazing!
We chose rolls and edamame. While edamame wasn't bad but a tad oversalted, everything else was great!
Staff went out of their way to be kind to our dog who was a bit nervous as well. Very much appreciated!

The menu features delicious options like the 8-piece nigiri and miso soup, as well as the popular rainbow roll and the best Spring Fever roll. The chefs are knowledgeable and happy to provide recommendations; Moe behind the sushi bar is especially praised for creating the best chef specials, including Moe’s Special roll. The restaurant also offers surprisingly great vegetarian options. With its outstanding and best sushi, yummy drinks, and friendly environment, The Sushi Bar is a must-visit for sushi lovers and newcomers alike.
