Pleasantly surprised and impressed by the quality of the food here. Considering that this place is in the mountains of Idaho, it shouldn’t be this good.

I love sushi, and it was a pleasant surprise to find a sushi bar this far from the ocean that serves fresh sushi in such a nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed our experience and will definitely be coming back!
My only suggestion would be to add a bento box option to the menu. I think that would be a great addition!

Honestly, this was some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh, tasted amazing, and you could really tell how much care went into making it. Theo and Moe were absolutely phenomenal behind the sushi bar—they were friendly, talented, and made the whole experience even better.
