I just went through the drive threw and had a simple order. A larger rootbeer and a regular cheese curd. The lady at the window said it was cool to order so she asked me to pull around the front of the store and wait. I said sure happily because who doesn't like fresh food. Well I just ate one on my way home and they are cold as ice and old. This store should be ashamed of itself to serve old (who knows how old) food and lie to customers. I will not go back and make sure people know not to go back to this store again.

This restaurant also doubles as a KFC. Ordered a K2 meal with mashed potatoes as a side. The side didn't have nearly enough gravy and when we asked for more they wanted to charge $3.50 for gravy, even after I already bought the side. Completely unacceptable, in my opinion. We are becoming less and less likely to patronize KFC. This may be that last time. š®āšØ

I'd have given a 1 star review but the food was ok. I go in to order a special as shown on one of their mailers, burger, fries and a root beer in one of their frosty, glass mugs. The cashier hands me a cardboard cup. I let her know the special showed the glass mug to which she said, "no, I'll have to back off the sale, refund you the money and ring it up again with $6 for the mug". I replied, "all I want is what your picture said would be coming". She acted like she didn't hear and merely repeated herself. I asked for the special as illustrated yet once again, to which a couple of folks in line began laughing at the poor cashier. After things got just a little more ridiculous she gave me a glass mug in a "to-go" bag. "Here, it's yours< no charge", she said.
Still confused, but at least I got what they advertised. I hope the rest of you have the same luck getting what they advertise. Heck, maybe I'll start a collection. I'm an old geezer and glass mugs were the norm for customers dining in, for generations.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and was totally thrown back to my childhood when A&W had restaurants and we collected the mini glass mugs. No surprise then when we bought 2 of their collectible mugs when we dropped in! The manager wrapped them both up really well for us, which we appreciated. The restaurant was clean and inviting, the staff was really friendly and attentive, and the food we ordered was the right temperature and tasted great. We ordered the mini corn dogs, fries, onion rings, a cheeseburger and drinks. When I go to fast food places, I don't expect a perfect experience, but this was a great experience all around!

Pros- fresh & hot food. endless refills on drinks. VERY GOOD COD SANDWICH!.Cons- no real brewed ice tea. Dine in at 2:30pm, dirt everywhere; floor, tables, drink stations. I watched 3 employees step over a large piece of trash. Trash receptacle overflowing inside. Employees not busy in back. Employees no uniform & no names tags. Limited parking. Dining room did not smell clean << needs a deep clean everywhere. No curbside pickup. I had a sandwich and onion rings, why was I given 2 sporks?

A&W AND KFC in one spot!AWESOME! Can we PLEASE have one in the Rigby area???The double bacon cheese burgers, chili cheese fries, French fries, and rootbeer floats were amazing! The girl who served us was very nice and quick to help us!
