Big Al's Reviews
They do not accept cash. Our football team went there for their end of season party tonight, and every kid had cash so no one could play arcade games. They missed out on hundreds of dollars in sales. I will never go there, and will not recommend them. I will never understand why businesses don’t take cash when there are so many fees with card transactions
I have a bad experience. I wanna cry so much at frirst I went to the cashier and ask the girl about price and how to go but I’m not good in english so I just gave her information what she want after that she said something about text but I didn’t hear clearly so I just walked to the table after that I order food and ready to ply so I just went to get the shoes a man ask me about lenses so I told him the lenses no. Bowling yes, arcades or ok. Environment great! Sports great! Food is subpar. Wife and I shared a house salad and added crispy chicken. Southwest egg rolls, nephew ordered the Big Al's burger ( single patty) and two soft drinks. $59 dollars. chicken was a $5 upgrade, and was dry and overcooked. Chicken in the egg rolls was fatty and chewy. Burger was decent. Drinks were expensive and prices were not on the menu. Go to Big Al's for anything but the food....

Big Al's is a lively restaurant that offers a fun dining experience for both families and groups of friends. Visitors can expect excellent customer service from the friendly staff, who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The restaurant is a great spot for work events, with fresh food and a clean atmosphere. It's also a romantic destination, perfect for a date night, featuring live music performances, including mariachi and Tejano bands, in the patio area. The lively atmosphere is complemented by attentive servers, and there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Big Al's also boasts an arcade on the second floor and a bar in the middle, providing plenty of entertainment options. While the bowling experience can be on the expensive side, there are decent deals for children during the summer. The bowling lanes often have dark lighting with flashing lights, creating a cool atmosphere, but it may not be ideal for those trying to play well. For those looking for a fun day, the arcade is heavily ticket-oriented, which can lead to higher costs per game. Despite this, there are enjoyable games available, although the ticket system can feel gimmicky. Overall, Big Al's remains a popular choice for a night out with loved ones, thanks to its engaging environment and amazing bartenders. Customers have praised the friendly and attentive service, with servers like Logan, Victoria, and Sylvia going above and beyond to ensure a great experience.
