SYLVIA IS THE BEST BARTENDER/WAITERESS I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE… SUPER PROFESSIONAL & OUTGOING. IF EVERY BUSINESS HIRED PEOPLE LIKE THIS THEY WOULD BE MORE SUCCESSFUL. PLEASE LOOK INTO POSSIBLY GIVING A RAISE OR PROMOTION. I WILL BE AT BIG ALS WHENEVER SHES HERE.

Went to the bar since Yardhouse was full. Wasn’t expecting much from a bowling and arcade place but was amazed by the beer selection and service from Cameron. Rare to see a corporate chain have a real quality bartender, especially with great personality. Next time my friends want drinks in The Village, Big Al’s is the place!!!
