Latte is good and strong. I have gone to your shop a couple times I plan on going more often. I will leave reviews as I go. Wanted to give a heads up, your place is very dark in the morning. One B logo light is on. No outside lights are on, 6 or 8 around the building. It looks like you're closed. FYI.

I specifically warned them multiple times that I cannot have dairy and for them to double and triple check. Well they gave me a drink with dairy and my baby was crying and up all night from pain. Just went again and asked them about the drink and she was like “yah it has dairy in it” 🥲 Now I have to pump and dump so my baby doesn’t have pain

You know there’d be more people in line I believe if you were just slightly faster. One car in the drive-through and it takes over five minutes to get them one drink I don’t understand. People are in a hurry to get to work and as a drive-through, you should be able to accommodate them to get them on their way quickly so that they’re happy with a nice fresh cup of coffee. But the last three times I’ve gone it never happens. I wait forever. I’ll just go to Dutch Bros where they can get it to me within a minute.
