every time I hit Bruchi’s for a cheesesteak, it feels like I’m getting a little slice of Philly without having to hop on a plane. The way they stack the meat, the perfect melt on the cheese, that soft but toasty roll it all hits exactly the way a real cheesesteak is supposed to. There’s this comfort to it, like something familiar you grew up with, i feel like the food critic from ratatouille when he eats the ratatouille and gets hit with nostalgia, and every bite brings...

The food and the customer service is great! But the water is terrible… there is no filter on the water and it tastes awful. It’d be great if the management could pony up a few bucks to make the water taste better. I’m sure it’s what they wash and prepare their food with, so it will help with everything all around.
