“The drinks aren't oversaturated with sugar, so if that's what you want, go to some other place. I think this place is definitely a work in progress as the decor inside is not fully established.
The drinks are quite good. It doesn't feel like my insides are being turned into black tar like if I were to get a drink from Dutch Bros. Americans love sugar WAY too much, hence the negative reviews on this place.
I enjoy that the ingredients are fresh, and stuff is made from scratch. Not everything in life needs to be made in factories or pander to us mindless American consumers. Maybe our tastebuds are so fried that we struggle with tasting different things? Who knows. I know this place isn't as bad as others have said. I've been here a bunch and ordered a lot of different things, and I enjoy it. Thank you for not being another drink shop whose sole purpose is to hook people like crack addicts on your drinks.“

“I always pick up my food just cause it's so close. I just wanted to send props as I don't eat this as much as I should! But...... I LOVE HAPPY TERIYAKI!! ALWAYS HOT ALWAYS FRESH AND ALWAYS SUPER DELICIOUS!! 10OUT OF 10 FOR ME AND THE FAM!! So GRATEFUL to have this fantastic meal when we order!! “Staff was friendly. The food portions are a healthy size. We ordered to go towards the end of the night. My order took a little longer since there was quite a few to go orders. I was offered a free drink to keep me happy because the wait time was so long. Overall, my experience was good.“

“We stopped in to try their Thai tea, it was really good. We saw their freshly made donuts and decided on a 4pk. Oh my gosh, they are amazing. We loved them all. They were very fresh and unique in a great way. Highly recommend this place.“

“I go every Sunday and the staff is amazing. The boba is wonderful and what's great. is that a lot of the drinks that contain milk? you can substitute it without milk and use a alternative milk such as coconut or soy or almond milk. The boba itself is very soft, but my favorite is the crystal boa. it has a texture like aloe. Every time I come in I'm always read it with a smile and catch up with them from the past week. sometimes I'll have them pick out their favorite drink for me to try and everything on the milk. tea is a wonderful. The taro. they make it in house. my personal favorite is the winter melon with half sweetness the mochi waffle is to die for. I love the matcha one and get that every Sunday as well“

“Visiting from California, I was surprised that this is pretty much the only option available in Boise considering its size. This isn't an issue as their milk tea is awesome! Only downside is that the tapioca pearls seem a bit hard/not sweet enough, but otherwise this place is excellent.“

“I recently just moved out of Boise for college and in my drive across the country, I have been searching for a replacement boba shop as good as Dolphin Tea. It has been unsuccessful. Dolphin tea has the BEST boba that I have ever had. It’s always fresh and the bottom of the cup is always warm. There’s tons of flavors and drinks to choose from and every drink is made to perfection. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is very cozy, making for a great study spot. If you are looking to try authentic boba, give this place a try you won’t regret it.“
