Stopped in for a little lunch after shopping at Walmart today 11.15.2025 at 11:15m. We’d ordered on the app and after waiting about 15mins we approached the front end associate to check on our order and were abruptly and rudely told it wouldn’t be ready for a bit because they were “having trouble with the broiler.” No problem we said.
After a few more minutes it was ready. We were then told in an off putting demeanor that they didn’t have Fanta because they are not “a legacy location.” Again we said no problem.
When we received our order we requested 3 ranch, 1 for each person. We were told that its company policy each order can only have 2. So we were told no even though we were willing to pay. We weren’t given that option. Once again, we said no problem.
Our order was wrong, but we didn’t say anything because frankly we didn’t want to interact with the associate whom we learned was named John. So we ate the wrong order not wanting a confrontation with the unpleasant employee.
At one point during our visit John yelled across the dining room to a couple who was standing back reading the menu board. His annoyed tone of voice obvious, he said “it’s gonna be awhile the broiler isn’t working right now.” They left the store.
Fast food is what it is, I don’t think anyone expects to receive stellar service from fast food associates, but I do expect to be treated decently when I’m spending my money at your business. And John appears to hate his job. It’s clear from his toxic behavior toward customers. Maybe a better place for him would be in the back where customer service isn’t necessary.

Got a chicken wrap, chicken fries, and a texas double for my husband. Chicken was so old that is was crusted over and so rubbery you couldn't even hardly bite through it. Asked for no bacon on the Texas double becuase I dont eat pork and guess what bacon on the whopper. Food was terrible.

Despite being located in one of the busiest Wal-Marts in town, this crew always provides exceptional service. The gentleman who took our order, John, let us know about the trio deal BK has going on and saved us quite a bit of money, I can't remember the last time I got this much food for my fiancée and I for under $20. Could the glory days of BK be making a return? You be the judge.
3 stars for atmosphere purely because you have to go inside of a walmart, but it's still worth it!

Went thru drive thru to pick up a doordash order cause app told me to and the employees acted like I the worst thing possible. Got yelled at by 3 different people over going through a completely dead drive thru. Unprofessional unnecessary and rude. Will never be returning

I had mutual respect for the male employees of that Burger King. That Burger King is just 1 of many awesome quality places to feel like just being a neighbor in this vast community.
