I absolutely love this rotisserie chicken spot! The food quality is consistently excellent—the chicken is always perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. I’ve been wanting to try this place since it opened, but unfortunately, I was really disappointed. I ordered the 1/4 ginger chicken with steamed veggies and hummus, and the whole meal was a letdown. The chicken had a very strong, unpleasant flavor and was sitting in a pool of grease, mostly gristle and bone rather than meat. The steamed veggies had no flavor at all, and the pita didn’t taste fresh. I was really hopeful and wanted to love it, but it ended up feeling like a waste of an expensive lunch I’d decided to treat myself with. Very disappointing experience.

Just moved to the area and drove by this place and was intrigued. I don’t eat red meat and I saw the name of the restaurant and was intrigued!
Stepped in today and was greeted by the lunch team! A woman who was taking our order was awesome and I asked about the basil chicken, and went with her recommendation. We sat down and were brought complimentary pita and dip! Our food came quickly and it was gone very quickly. It was just what I was looking for! A great balanced and tasty meal. The manager or the owner checked on us and he seemed passionate about the restaurant. The basil chicken was so tasty, but my boyfriend’s spicy chicken may have even been better! I don’t know how that would be possible, but the spices and freshness blew me away! The sides of falafel and rice were great. For the price, you can’t beat the hospitality and quality.
Cannot wait to be a regular and thank you for your amazing service!

This place is pretty good. The flavors are all on point and the staff were super nice. We got the whole chicken meal and it fed 2 adults and one teen. We also got the garlic fries which were so good!! Only complaint is we had so much left over hummus and not to dip it in?

Once again disappointed by reviews are your reviewers friends and/or relatives? If not get out of Treasure Valley, taste the food in other cities. This is not the Mediterranean food I have eaten in Vegas or LA or NY. Nothing here is good won’t be back.
Hands down one of thee BEST spots in town. I eat here OFTEN and every single time they execute. The staff is exceptional, the manager is warm and inviting, the food is SO fresh and healthy with great portions. Every single item on the menu hits. I cant say enough about this place honestly. I take my friends and family here whenever I can. The garlic sauce is a staple in my household now, do yourself a favor and buy the 16pz tub of it!

Chicken Delite in Meridian is truly a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such warmth and kindness that you immediately feel at home. The owner, Maro, is amazing—so personable and genuinely cares about every customer. On my first visit, he took the time to walk me through the menu, explaining everything in such a simple and friendly way.
The staff is just as wonderful—helpful, attentive, and welcoming. And the food? Absolutely fresh and delicious! I enjoyed it so much that I came back the very next day to pick up a full meal for my family, and it exceeded expectations once again.
I honestly can’t believe I hadn’t discovered this place sooner, but now that I have, it’s definitely going to be a regular spot for us. Highly recommended!

I had the basil chicken, which was absolutely delicious: fresh, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor.
