I’m leaving this review here as well because when I called about my failed online order, the manager/owner I spoke with stated that he owns both Corona Village locations, and the online ordering website appears to be the same.

I ordered from Corona Village for a work lunch after a coworker recommended their platters. I used the website to place an order for two small platters, entered the delivery details, added the tip, paid, and received an email confirmation. The website also charged the correct delivery fee based on the delivery radius, so the location information was clearly being recognized during checkout.

Our delivery was scheduled for 12:30 PM. At 12:20 PM, just 10 minutes before the expected delivery time, I received an email saying the order had been refunded with no explanation or additional notes. I didn’t see the email right away, and when the food hadn’t arrived by 12:38 PM, I checked and saw the refund notice.

I called the restaurant, and the employee I spoke with said he was the manager and owner. He told me he had instructed the driver not to deliver the order because they supposedly had no name, phone number, or address. I explained that I had placed the order directly through their website, received a confirmation, and was charged the correct delivery fee. His response was that I could try placing the order again and “hope” it was delivered.

Because the manager/owner stated he owns both locations and the same website is used, I would be cautious ordering online from either location. If you do place an order online, I strongly recommend calling afterward to confirm they actually have your information and intend to deliver the order. Unfortunately, the customer service was not helpful, and the staff member I spoke with was unkind.

Growing up in So Cal with some of the most authentic mexican food around I find Corona Village restaurant to have the flavors I recognize growing up. Chile Verde, Chili Colorado, Chile Relleno, beans, rice, salsa wow I'm impressed with how authentic the food is. No accident they've been doing this here over 30 years.

Disappointed….I order a chimichanga (shredded beef) and I got shredded chicken instead and beans and rice ( I didn’t ask for a dinner). I won’t go back….my husband loved his. He is pretty easy to please.

Had delivery. I've always liked Corona Village and eaten there many times. I really didn't like the new whole bean recipe. I used to love the Pinto's and broth. Was disappointed in the new black bean recipe. Broth was not flavorful and WAY too much raw onion. Disappointed.

Without a reservation 5 of us were seated right away about 6pm. We had multiple staff members assist or check on us. Tacos al carbon were so flavorful!
