Customer service here is non existent. It’s ok to be busy and be running behind on orders but ignoring customers entirely and refusing to make eye contact with a customer who is trying to get you’re attention when picking up an order is completely unacceptable. The people that work here are very rude and will do anything to avoid interacting with another human being.

Forgot one of my cookies and the quality has gone way downhill. That’s obviously the fault of corporate and not the employees - either way I wouldn’t expect them to be around all that much longer. They used to be 10/10 and this time they taste like grocery store cookies and they kinda make you feel sick.
