Terrible. So so rude to me, especially the manager. I assume she was because she was bossing everyone around and giving me the WORST attitude!! I think her name was Krista or Kristy, i can’t remember. Crumbl, fire whoever this lady is she is a terrible representation of your brand. Do better!!

Everytime I come to this location it's always dirty and out of stock! I get that they can be out of stock at 7pm but at 1pm on a Monday? It's literally Monday at 1pm and ever single cookie is out of stock except for pink sugar and chocolate chip none of the flavor of the week were even in stock! I will never return to this location again! Especially with how dirty it is in there floors not swept no hair nets ect....

Had to have been the worst experience of my life. Walked in and the 2 female workers couldn’t stop their conversation to say hello to my or my husband even after making eye contact with us. I finally said I’d like to order and man was she put out of place and soooo rude. Heaven forbid after standing waiting to order, I mean why was she even at the front, the other women didn’t have a single thing to say and again no care to work. I had a few questions but after the struggle to chat and her annoyed response to simple cookie questions I decided I was just going to ask my husband what looks good and she walked away and barely said bye— good day! What? I will never go back to this location. And it was my birthday today and I was looking forward to trying something new. Nope. I just can’t spend money where I’m putting the employee out and with her attitude. JUST GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE. Def don’t go on your birthday.
