The coffee is top notch and delicious, with highlights including the espresso, iced caramel latte, white chocolate cardamom latte, and Spanish mocha latte. They also serve Gaston’s pastries, such as the chocolate croissant and Gruyère cheese pastry. The baristas and owner are exceptionally pleasant, friendly, kind, and clearly passionate. They offer great service, take time to explain the shop’s name, and share recommendations. The trailer is cute, with good music and a little table outside. It is a great new find and will definitely be a go-to.
